By placing an order at même., you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at même. for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We do our best to educate customers with proper wash instructions that are good for our clothing and kind to our environment. Majority of our products are made with 100% organic cotton and 100% cotton fabrications. It is in cotton's nature to shrink and fade with each wash, especially if washed/dried in high heat temperatures.

LOCAL TAXES
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

même. reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, même. has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. même. shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All Domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS. Insurance of $100 is included on all Priority Mail postage valued up to $100. Additional insurance may be added by request for an additional fee.
All International Orders are fulfilled every Monday and Thursday (excluding U.S. holidays). Insurance of $100 is included on all orders valued up to $100. Additional insurance may be added by request for an additional fee.
If an order is placed on Friday, it will be fulfilled on the following Monday - If an order is placed on Monday it will be fulfilled by the following Thursday.
*Any package(s) that is refused, not acknowledged, considered "unclaimed" by the customer or are otherwise returned due to reasons that même. / MEME KIDSWEAR, LLC is not at fault for, will NOT be refunded by même.
*We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during transit. Once package is delivered via USPS, we will give you tracking number and any other additional information. If you would like to insure your purchase please let us know ahead of time. USPS tends to lose packages on occasion so this is a precaution. Please visit https://www.usps.com/ for more information.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA:
USA STANDARD PRIORITY MAIL (1-3 Business days): Shipping rate is calculated at check out. Free shipping within the USA on orders over $150.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We ship orders via DHL GLOBAL EXPRESS (3-5 Business Days from time of shipment): Rates vary by region. All shipping rates have tracking from USA to destination and include duties & taxes in the final price.
*Promo codes must be used at time of order and may not be applied once an order has been submitted.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International rates will be calculated at checkout via DHL, and include duties & taxes for all worldwide shipments.
Please note that on rare occasions, shipments may be held by a country's customs department for a long period of time and items may be restricted due to each country's policy. In this rare case, we suggest you contact your local customs department to inquire about such details.
Any packages that are refused or not acknowledged by the customer will not be refunded by même.
RETURNS
All returns must be authorized by emailing orders@memekidswear.com and must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.**
*Returns are subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE for refunds. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and credited back using your original form of payment.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of MEME KIDSWEAR, LLC and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
EYEWEAR
Please note: Prescription eyewear orders and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Please make sure you are confident in the style you put prescription lenses in before purchasing. Any returned merchandise MUST have the tamper-evident sticker intact on the outside right temple and in its original packaging. If the tamper-evident sticker is not intact, they are deemed ineligible for return.
Merchandise purchased from any of our worldwide stockists will not be accepted by us directly. You must process refunds, exchanges, or any other issues with the retailer you originally purchased the item from. We are not responsible for any transactions that are not made directly through our platform.
**Lost/Stolen packages declared 'DELIVERED' by USPS/UPS tracking will only be offered replacement (if applicable) or store credit, and may not be refunded**
**Non-apparel, accessories, sale items, promotional code purchases, toys and decor are all FINAL SALE and may not be returned or refunded.**
**All discounted merchandise is considered FINAL SALE as of October 27, 2020, and may not be returned or refunded**
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are acceptable within 14 days of delivery, only if the item is flawed or defective. All packaging, tags, and other items in the order must be in its original condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. All requests for exchanges made after the 14 day period will be denied. In case of refund or exchange, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. For any return/exchange inquiries, please contact orders@memekidswear.com.
FAULTY ITEMS: If you receive any defective items (we hope you never do!), please contact orders@memekidswear.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. Once inspected and approved by même., items will be replaced and only refunded with store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
COUPONS & PROMO CODES
Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase and will not be applied to previous orders.
Orders made on SALE items are all sales final. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Discount codes no longer apply to SALE items.
