Art Project is a series of collaborative collections, highlighting a featured artist’s life and works. Along with each purchase, même. delivers an Art Project Box, based on the featured artist, filled with activities, supplies, and instructions for children to explore — aiming to teach children about the different artistic disciplines that exist and create a unique learning experience for them.
Asked about the upcoming collection, même.'s founder, Reina Acab, comments on the access of arts education in schools, “Despite the arts being considered a ‘core academic subject,’ we’re seeing less class time carved out for music, dance, visual arts, and foreign languages. We believe that high involvement in the arts are vital to overall academic success and development. To encourage children to engage in the arts, we’re bringing it to them.”
