SHIPPING INFORMATION

All Domestic orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS. Insurance of $100 is included on all Priority Mail postage valued up to $100. Additional insurance may be added by request for an additional fee.

*Any package(s) that is refused, not acknowledged, considered "unclaimed" by the customer or are otherwise returned due to reasons that même. / MEME KIDSWEAR, LLC is not at fault for, will NOT be refunded by même.

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during transit. Once your package is handed off to USPS, we will give you tracking number and any other additional information. If you would like to insure your purchase please let us know ahead of time. USPS tends to lose packages on occasion so this is a precaution. Please visit https://www.usps.com/ for more information.

SHIPPING RATES WITHIN THE USA:

Standard: (2-5 business days transit time) for $6
Priority: (1-3 business transit time) for $9
Free shipping within the USA is automatically applied on orders over $130

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We ship orders via DHL GLOBAL EXPRESS (3-5 Business Days from time of shipment): Rates vary by region and are calculated at checkout. Tracking from USA to destination is provided and include duties & taxes in the final price.

*Promo codes must be used at time of order and may not be applied once an order has been submitted. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International rates will be calculated at checkout via DHL, and include duties & taxes for all worldwide shipments.

Please note that on rare occasions, shipments may be held by a country's customs department for a long period of time and items may be restricted due to each country's policy. In this rare case, we suggest you contact your local customs department to inquire about such details.

Any packages that are refused or not acknowledged by the customer will not be refunded by même.

All International Orders are fulfilled on Mondays and Thursdays (excluding U.S. holidays). Insurance of $100 is included on all orders valued up to $100. Additional insurance may be added by request for an additional fee.

If an International order is placed on Friday, it will be fulfilled on the following Monday - If an order is placed on Monday it will be fulfilled by the following Thursday.
