By placing an order at même., you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at même. for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
We do our best to educate customers with proper wash instructions that are good for our clothing and kind to our environment. Majority of our products are made with 100% organic cotton and 100% cotton fabrications. It is in cotton's nature to shrink and fade with each wash, especially if washed/dried in high heat temperatures.
To make it possible for products' good appearance to last longer, we suggest following the proper care instructions labeled in each garment, or in the specific product's care instructions tab.
We do not recommend using high washing and drying temperatures with cotton products.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
même. reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, même. has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. même. shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
All Domestic Orders are processed within 3-4 business days and shipped Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) via USPS. Insurance of $100 is included on all Priority Mail postage valued up to $100, no additional insurance will be added to orders valued over $100 unless requested for an additional cost.
All International Orders are fulfilled every Monday and Thursday (excluding U.S. holidays). Insurance of $100 is included on all orders valued up to $100, no additional insurance will be added to orders valued over $100 unless requested for an additional cost. If an order is placed on Friday, it will be fulfilled on the following Monday - If an order is placed on Monday it will be fulfilled by the following Thursday.
*Any package(s) that is refused, not acknowledged, considered "unclaimed" by the customer or are otherwise returned due to reasons that même. / MEME KIDSWEAR, LLC is not at fault for, will NOT be refunded by même. by any means.
*We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during transit. Once package is delivered via USPS, we will give you tracking number and any other additional information. If you would like to insure your purchase please let us know ahead of time. USPS tends to lose packages on occasion so this is a precaution. Please visit https://www.usps.com/ for more information.
USA STANDARD PRIORITY MAIL (1-3 Business days): Shipping rate is calculated at check out. Free shipping within the USA on orders over $125.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD MAIL (7-14 Business days): Rates vary by region. All shipping rates have tracking from USA to destination and include duties and taxes paid.

All returns must be authorized by emailing email@example.com and must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.**
*Returns are subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE for refunds. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and credited back using your original form of payment.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of MEME KIDSWEAR, LLC and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Merchandise purchased from any of our worldwide stockists will not be accepted by us directly. You must process refunds, exchanges, or any other issues with the retailer you originally purchased the item from. We are not responsible for any transactions that are not made directly through our platform.
**Lost/Stolen packages declared 'DELIVERED' by USPS/UPS tracking will only be offered replacement (if applicable) or store credit, and may not be refunded**
**Non-apparel, accessories, sale items, promotional code purchases, toys and decor are all FINAL SALE and may not be returned or refunded.**
**All discounted merchandise is considered FINAL SALE as of October 27, 2020, and may not be returned or refunded**
Exchanges are acceptable within 14 days of delivery, only if the item is flawed or defective. All packaging, tags, and other items in the order must be in its original condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. All requests for exchanges made after the 14 day period will be denied. In case of refund or exchange, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. For any return/exchange inquiries, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
FAULTY ITEMS: If you receive any defective items (we hope you never do, but if so, we're sorry!), please contact email@example.com within 10 business days of receiving your order. Once inspected and approved by même., items will be replaced and only refunded with store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Reduced international rates will be calculated at checkout, and include all duties paid, with the exception of Canada. Please note that on rare occasions, shipments may be held by a country's customs department for a long period of time and items may be restricted due to each country's policy. Please note that même. is not responsible for such situations and refunds will not be applied in these cases. We suggest you contact your local customs department to inquire about such details. Any packages that are refused or not acknowledged by the customer will not be refunded by même.
All international orders are shipped via third party freight forwarder: APC Logistics (using DDP Global Priority Mail). If you prefer to have your order shipped through a different carrier, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org as we will happily make an arrangement for you. As noted in "Local Taxes," we are not responsible for any customs/duties charges that may apply upon delivery.
COUPONS & PROMO CODES
Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase and can not be applied to previous orders. Orders made with promotional codes are all sales final. NO exceptions.
