our role in humanity is no different.
as parents, uncles, aunties, caregivers, the generation whose present day choices deeply affect the future, let’s remember that it is our children and our children’s children who are inheriting the world we are accepting today. we have the power to shape the future for generations to come, and we must say no to genocide and work towards dismantling oppressive systems to pave way for a better world.
the future depends on our collective strength, imagination, and resistance. collective liberation requires us to act - to find within ourselves what it is we can do, offer, give birth to, amplify, resist - and to do it time and time again. there is no action too small, and your voice is essential to bring change.
what is your calling/role for collective liberation? we are artists, designers, communicators, problem solvers, luminaries, visionaries channeling our creative energies into action. let this design be a reminder for all of us, kids and adults alike, that no matter how big or small we think our role is, it's important we find the courage to show up.
in collaboration with our 11-year-old niece, we designed this t-shirt for the sole purpose of urgently raising funds for displaced families in Gaza with tents, tent kits, and transportation through The Sameer Project and on-site medical aid, support, and distribution of diapers, medicine, menstrual/hygiene products through doctors and medical volunteers of PAL Humanity.
100% net proceeds will be distributed equally between The Sameer Project and PAL Humanity. our goal is to help as many families as possible.
we have witnessed the strength in our online community in the past and how quickly we can mobilize to help those in need! We will share progress as the days continue on our instagram and newsletter.
